By accessing or using DropeChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
DropeChat provides an AI-powered customer communication platform that helps businesses respond to customer enquiries, capture leads, and manage conversations. Features vary by plan.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Business Plan features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be downgraded.
You agree to use DropeChat only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the platform to send spam, mislead customers, violate privacy laws, or engage in any activity that harms others.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are stated in KES or USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and conversations on your account. DropeChat does not claim ownership of your business data.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
DropeChat's liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or our platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
